1. My Flight arrive early in the morning, what time can I check in?

We seek to ensure that our guests have the earliest possible check in possible across all of our accommodations. Whilst our policy for the time of Check In is at 14.00pm. If the unit is free on the day of your arrival, we shall provide you an early check in. Sadly, in the event whereby the guest shall be in the same accommodation then we shall need to clean the unit before being able to accommodate you. Please send us an email or message should you require an early check in.

2. Can I have a late check out as my flight is late in the evening?

We again need to ensure that our accommodations are cleaned and available at anytime as our calendar is open on many platforms online. As a result of which we are unable to provide very late check out but are flexible, if possible, to offer you a slightly later check out than 10am. We therefore would ask guest to book the final day of their stay should they need a late check out.

3. Are airport pick-ups and drop off available?

Indeed, we provide you with a very special rate for our airport transfer to all of our holiday accommodations in Mauritius. We suggest that you book with us in order to ensure you have a personalized service. This ensures that our staff are able to accommodate you and check you in promptly within our accommodations without wasting any time.

4. Do you provide housekeeping services in all your accommodations?

Dependent of the type of accommodation you have booked with us we shall have these services either provided to you on a daily basis only in our Hotel solely. Our self-catering accommodations our housekeeping services are available on request and is chargeable.

5. I need to change or cancel my reservation made through Crystal Properties. How do I do this?

In order to change your reservation, you’ll need to directly contact us directly and send us an email or message with your reservation number together with your request. We shall then access your request and contact you accordingly.

6. Will I receive a confirmation from Crystal Properties after booking?

As we are not an agency unlike many other platforms. As a result of which on our website you are able to instantly confirm your booking with us. You shall be requested to make payment online in order to confirm your booking with us. Since we have a live booking system integration, our website is always accurate and therefore all bookings are instantly confirmed directly through our website.

7. What is Crystal Properties refund policy?

We understand that your circumstances may change at any given times. As a result, we have a 21-day refund policy prior to your arrival. We shall refund you fully shall you notify us at least 14 days prior to your reservation arrival date. This shall also then allow us a time-frame to resell this accommodation and provide us with significant time to try to obtain another new booking. Please email us should you wish to change or cancel your reservation at any given time.

8. Benefits with booking directly on Crystal Properties?

As mentioned above as we are the direct management and operation all of our accommodations, we are therefore able to provide our clients with the best direct offer, cutting off the middle man along the process. 9. Can I search and book in my preferred currency?

Our online system provides you the ability to change the currency, this can be done from the menu options of the top right side, a drop down option shall be displayed on the bottom left corner. In order for you not to lose out in any exchange fee, our platform enables you to choose any currency of your choice. But should you wish to make payment either in USD, Euro or Mauritian Rupees. This is possible and not incur any exchange rate fees, simply choose the currency of your choice on the website and fulfill the reservation with the same currency.
